To use you simply insert the supplied cord into the hole on the wrist exercisers ball, then rotate the ball so that the cord is wrapped around the plastic encased metal ball. Then you hold the exerciser with the opening facing outwards and pull the string firmly, and the ball starts spinning.
You then move your wrist or arm (or both) in a circular motion the balls inertia exerts a force many time the balls weight (dependant on how fast it spins) giving your hands, wrist and forearm a full workout.
