RETURN/REFUND

1. If you’re unhappy with your purchase fo arry reasons ,simply return it un-opened within 15 days of receipt and we will refund the full amount.

2.Returns are only offered if the itme is returned to us in its unworn ,original condition with the hygiene sticker fully intact.Buyers are responsible for paying their own return postage fees.

3. Exchanges will be sent out when buyers pay the re-shipping cost.

4. Allbuyers could be place a small note with their returned itme, stating their website username, full name and address.

5. A notification will be sent to you once your returned itme is received and another once your refund/exchange has been processed

The above conditions do not apply to wrong/faulty itmes sent out. In the rare event this should happen, all charges will be covered by ourselves and exchanges will be sent out immediately provided buyers contact us beforehand.
