Indication of Pain Relief Patch:

For relief of minor aches & pains of muscles & joints associated with: *arthritis *simple backache *strains & sprains *stiff neck *sore shoulders *bruises *joint*rheumatism *bursitis *shoulder &neck

Warnings:

For external use only

When using this product:

1.Use only as directed.

2.Avoid contact with the eyes. mucous membranes or rashes.

3.Do not apply to wounds or to damaged or very sensitive skin

Stop use and ask a doctor if:

1.Rash. itching or excessive skin irritation develops.

2.Conditions worsen.

3.Symptoms persist for more than 7 days.

4.Symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days.

Directions:

1.Adults and children 12 years of age and over. Apply to affected area as needed not more than 3 to 4 times daily.

How to Use:

1.Remove the plastic backing from one side of the patch.

2.Smooth that side over the area where you want pain relief.

3.As you remove the other half of the plastic backing,smooth the remainder of the patch over the pain area.
